Meet Eeyore, a gentle, sweet, young, beauty who is looking for a soft place to land! She arrived as an owner surrender in the field and is eager to find a foster or adoptive home where she can feel safe and cherished.
Eeyore is a gentle, sweet-natured girl who takes a little time to warm up, but she responds wonderfully to a soft touch, gentle head scratches, and a patient, slow approach. She is food-motivated and happily enjoys gentle treats directly from your hand! She is also a smart pup who already knows sit and allows smooth leash handling and changes.
When other dogs pass by the yard fence line, Eeyore displays great dog-neutral energy, remaining completely calm and non-reactive.
Eeyore can be a bit skittish and easily spooked by sudden movements or loud noises (like water hoses!), so she will thrive best in a quiet, supportive home with a patient owner who can help build her confidence at her own pace.
