My Special Considerations
Bon Mi is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of extreme fear. He is hiding and avoiding. When staff tries to interact he is tense and watchful. He tolerates some minimal petting but hisses and swats when pushed. He was moved into an office so he has more room to explore and a quieter space to adjust but he is still hiding, hissing, and avoiding. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes.
