Je Taime is a designated house-trained potty dog at the shelter, holding it respectfully in his kennel and waiting to head outside to take care of business. He is also wonderfully gentle with treats, perking right up when asked if he wants a treat and taking beef jerky ever so softly from your hand.
Je Taime is a gentle, sweet-natured soul who appreciates a patient approach. Once he warms up to his handler, his affectionate side comes through as he leans in for soft pets, enjoys sweet affection, and gives gentle kisses.
While Je Taime has great history living with kids, he has not lived with other pets before.

My Special Considerations

Je Taime is not adapting well to the shelter environment and exhibiting signs of fear and kennel distress. Je Taime is a handsome old man that could really use some reedom from the shelter. He is a little jumpy when handling his head, but allowed all. After some time, he warms up with his handler and gives kisses. This animal would benefit from a quieter place to adjust and become more comfortable with social and environmental changes. This dog is a “potty dog” at the shelter which means they wait to go outside to do their business and is likely housebroken.
