At the Animal Foundation, you will work for one of the largest single-site animal shelters in America with some of the country’s most talented animal health, welfare, and business professionals. Together, we are shaping the future of animal welfare in the Las Vegas valley and working to save all healthy and treatable animals who come into our care.
We are seeking candidates who are solution-driven, demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and have the ability to work both in a team environment and independently with a high degree of integrity and accountability. Right now, we have an urgent need for veterinary professionals, including:

The Animal Foundation pays full-time team members’ monthly premiums for dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance. The Animal Foundation also contributes to team members’ premiums for medical insurance. Supplemental coverage is available at each team member’s expense. Coverage for family members, including domestic partners, is also available for most plans at the team member’s expense.

That’s why our PTO (paid time off) plan gives full-time team members the flexibility to take time off when they need it most. This helps our team members come back refreshed and ready to continue helping us to achieve our mission.
Saving for Your Future
The Animal Foundation offers a 401(K) retirement plan for all team members that matches 50% of what you contribute up to 6% of your salary. This plan vests at a rate of 20% per anniversary year with 100% vested on your fifth anniversary.
