Memorial e-card – Sent to the recipient’s inbox
Mailed tribute card – A printed card sent to the address of your choice
In the “Tribute Information” section of your gift form, simply include:
- The name of the person or animal you are honoring
- The name of the person you’d like us to notify
- Their email or mailing address
If no notification is needed, just write “no card needed” when you make your gift.
