The Foster Field Trip Coffee Break
Every day, a handful of dogs in our care need a break from the shelter environment more than others. The Foster Field Trip Coffee Break gives those high-priority pups a short, meaningful outing — and a chance to shine outside the kennel.
Each day in February, we’ll select 3–5 dogs for a quick coffee date field trip. These dogs benefit most from getting out into the real world, where they can relax, decompress, and show off their true personalities.
Participants will take one dog at a time on a short outing for:
A coffee stop (yes, there’s a Puppuccino involved)
Real-world photos and short videos
A chance to capture their unique personality outside the shelter
We provide everything you need — including a $5 Starbucks gift card, car protection, clean-up supplies, and safety gear — so you can focus on giving a dog a great break and helping us share their story.
The content you capture helps us market these dogs more effectively and increases their chances of finding a foster or adoptive home.
