Why We Offer Fee-Waived Adoptions
At The Animal Foundation, our goal is to help every pet find a loving home as quickly as possible. Research from organizations like the ASPCA, Best Friends Animal Society, and Maddie’s Fund shows that waiving or lowering adoption fees does not impact the quality of care pets receive after adoption. In fact, studies consistently find that adopters who pay a reduced or no fee are just as devoted to their pets as those who pay full price.
Fee-waived events remove financial barriers, increase visibility for shelter pets, and open the door for more families to experience the joy of adoption—all while ensuring every animal goes home spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
