Get ready for a spook-tacular evening of Halloween fun! The Animal Foundation will be tabling at Commissioner Marilyn Kirkpatrick’s Hallow Harvest Festival on Thursday, October 30, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert E. “Bob” Price Recreation Center.
