My Name Is *PEDI!

Pedi came to the shelter as a confiscate on April 7th, and right now the shelter feels like a big, scary place for this young girl. She can be shy and unsure at first, often avoiding situations that make her uncomfortable. But even through her nerves, Pedi is showing everyone that there’s a sweet, loving dog just waiting to feel safe again .

One of the quickest ways to Pedi’s heart is through treats — she absolutely loves them and responds wonderfully to gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement. As she starts to relax, her playful side begins to shine. She enjoys chasing a ball, exploring toys, and discovering that fun is still possible. She’s also a very affectionate girl who enjoys love and connection once she takes a little time to trust.

Pedi walks nicely on the leash and stays calm around other dogs, making her an easy companion to spend time with. She’s available for foster, adoption, or foster field trips, and she would benefit so much from getting out of the shelter and into a calm home environment where she can finally decompress.

If you have patience, kindness, and room in your heart for a dog who just needs a chance, Pedi is ready to show you how special she is.

My Special Considerations

*Pedi is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
