My Name Is RIGBY!

Rigby is a very happy boy who is incredibly curious about the world around him! When he is in the play yard, he loves to watch everything and everyone passing by. He has shown that he is not reactive to other dogs passing by on his walks at the shelter, instead remaining very interested and observant of his surroundings.


This sweet boy has a playful side and enjoys chasing after both balls and squeaky toys. While he is still figuring out the "bring it back" part of the game, he truly loves the chase! Rigby is also a smart pup who is eager to show off what he knows; he already understands the commands for sit, lay down, and even give paw. While he can sometimes get a little distracted by all the exciting things to see outside, he has shown that he will happily focus for treats once he settles in.


Rigby is easy to leash and is simply looking for a family who will appreciate his inquisitive nature and happy spirit.
If you think you have the time and patience for a sweet dog, then come and meet him. If you think you need more time to decide, ask our shelter staff about the foster field trip and foster programs. It is a great way to give Rigby a break from the shelter and a chance for you to get to know him in a home setting.
