Buschi is a sweet older boy who is ready to find his perfect forever home. This happy boy is a gentle soul who loves affection and is looking for a family to call his own. Buschi is a potty trained dog who is very attentive to his person and likes to stay close by your side. He is a loyal companion who also absolutely loves playing in the pool and truly enjoys a good nap after a day of fun. While he can be a little selective with his treats, he is easy to walk and would make a wonderful walking buddy for anyone.
Buschi LOVES playing in the baby pools at the shelter. He loves to dip his toes in and then belly flop into the water. He has a playful side and is a truly sweet boy who just wants to be loved. If you think you have the time and patience for a sweet older boy and are the perfect home for him, then come and meet him today. If you need more time to decide, ask staff about the Foster Field Trip, Foster, or Foster to Adopt programs, as they are a great way to give him a break from the shelter and a chance to get to know Buschi in a home setting.

This pup is being spotlighted for one reason only, time. They have been overlooked in the shelter for far too long, and would love a break from the shelter environment where they can relax and just be a dog. The longer they stay in the shelter, the higher the risk of them deteriorating behaviorally and/or medically. If you'd like to foster or adopt this pup, please come in to meet them!
