Princess Peach is a lovely eight year old lady with a gentle spirit and a warm heart for everyone she meets. She carries herself with a quiet confidence and a sweetness that makes people smile the moment they notice her. With her soft, nearly brindle coat, adorable white toes, and ears that flop as she walks, Princess Peach has a charm that is impossible to miss.



True to her royal name, Princess Peach has wonderful manners. She walks beautifully on leash and already knows commands like sit and shake. She has earned a green paw designation at the shelter, which means she is especially easy to walk and handle. She is also known to keep her kennel clean, which suggests she may already be potty trained.



Princess Peach is truly a friend to everyone. She loves meeting people and happily welcomes attention, often asking for a belly rub or two from anyone willing to give one. She enjoys spending time with her people and would thrive in a home where she can relax, be loved, and share her gentle companionship.



In playgroups she can come in with a bit of enthusiasm, but she is steerable and settles after she gets some energy out. Like many mature dogs, she appreciates a good balance of activity and downtime.

My Special Considerations

This pup is being spotlighted for one reason only, time. They have been overlooked in the shelter for far too long, and would love a break from the shelter environment where they can relax and just be a dog. The longer they stay in the shelter, the higher the risk of them deteriorating behaviorally and/or medically. If you'd like to foster or adopt this pup, please come in to meet them!
