My Special Considerations
This older gentleman has some small skin masses, a low grade heart murmur, dental disease, and some hair thinning on their ears. They would benefit from dental care and monitoring of their murmur with a full service vet. Bloodwork is available for review and showed mildly elevated white blood cell count and a moderate SDMA elevation. Urinalysis showed decreased USG and hematuria. Radiographs show possible cholecystolithiasis but are otherwise unremarkable. Images can be made available to interest paw partners. We are tentatively starting treatment for a possible UTI, but Mojo would benefit from further work-up including an abdominal ultrasound. Placement is needed by 6/9 at 3pm.
