This 45-minute class blends gentle flow\, breath work\, and full-body stretching — all in the sweet company of dogs waiting for their second chance. \nBetween poses\, you may find a curious nose at your mat\, a tail wag during savasana\, or a quiet cuddle from a pup soaking in the love. Every stretch supports animals in our care and helps shine a spotlight on dogs looking for their forever homes. \nWhether you’re a seasoned yogi or just here for the rescue dog energy\, this class is designed to help you unwind\, de-stress\, and leave feeling a little lighter — inside and out. \nThe class starts at 5:30\, but we recommend showing up by 5:00 to set up and meet the dogs you’ll be doing yoga with! \nYou can register for the class here. \nCome for the flow.
