*RAPTOR

Hi, my name is *RAPTOR

The Animal Foundation Team is getting to know me.

My Special Considerations

*Raptor is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. *Raptor is becoming stressed in his kennel and has evidence of cage fighting with his neighbor. There is blood spots all throughout his kennel and walls towards his neighbor that also indicating self harm due to cage fighting. He is a sweet boy and is frustrated here at the shelter. He allows all handling and walks well on a leash. He enjoys treats and will benefit from a place he can relax in. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.

UPDATE: This animal has shown improvement and is responding to interventions provided. The commitment date has been removed for now however this animal would still benefit from foster, rescue, or adoption.

I was found at 2300 BLK W MESQUITE AVE
