DESCRIPTION:We’re kicking off the Foster Field Trip Summer Sendoff — a month-long challenge to give shelter dogs a break from the heat and the kennels. Our goal? 500 Foster Field Trips in August! We’re expanding hours so you can pick up a pup starting at 8:00 AM daily for a cool morning adventure. Whether it’s a walk\, a park picnic\, or a coffee run\, these field trips provide crucial enrichment and help our dogs find their forever homes. \nWhy Join the Challenge?\nBeat the heat. August mornings (8:00–11:00 AM) are perfect for exploring with a pup. \nChange a dog’s day. Even a few hours out of the shelter lowers stress and boosts adoptability. \nBe part of something big.
