For more than a decade\, this annual initiative has helped connect more than 1.3 million pets with loving families across the country. \nAdult Pets Fee-Waived All Month\nTo celebrate Clear the Shelters\, adoption fees for all adult dogs and cats (6 months and older) will be waived throughout the month of August. If you’ve been thinking about adding a new best friend to your family\, there’s never been a better time to adopt. \nJoin Us for Our Crescendo Celebration\nThe month wraps up with our biggest adoption event of the campaign! \n📅 Saturday\, August 29\n🕚 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.\n📍 The Animal Foundation \nOur Crescendo celebration will feature local vendors\, family-friendly activities\, community partners\, and hundreds of adoptable pets looking for homes. \nFor this one-day event\, adoption fees will be waived for all animals (including puppies and kittens). \nWhether you’re looking for a playful puppy\, a cuddly kitten\, or a loyal adult companion\, we hope you’ll stop by\, meet your match\, and help us Clear the Shelters. \nAbout the Adoption Process:\nVisit our adoptions search before coming to the shelter to browse adoptable pets. \nUse the QR code on our adoption lobby door to join the virtual waitlist.
