No long-term commitment. Just walk in\, take a pet out\, and change their holiday story. \n  \nHow It Works\n❤️ Walk in — no pre-registration needed.\n Stop by our adoption lobby\, and our team will help you pick the perfect short-term companion. If you’re trying to foster a specific dog\, we recommend filling out the foster application ahead of time and emailing foster@animalfoundation.com. \n  \n❤️ Take a dog or cat on a field trip or into foster care.\n You can take them out for a day\, a weekend\, or a week — your choice! \n  \n❤️ Adoption fees waived.\n If you fall in love with your foster pet and want to adopt them\, we’ll waive the adoption fee. \n  \n❤️ Every outing helps.\n You’re not just giving them a break from the shelter — you’re helping them find their forever home faster. \n  \nWhy It Matters\nA shelter can be a stressful place\, especially during the holidays. This national celebration is happening at shelters across the U.S. and Canada—and right here in Las Vegas. \nHill’s Food\, Shelter & Love provides science-led nutrition to more than 1\,000 animal shelters every day\, including the dogs and cats in our care. As a proud program partner\, we’re excited to join this “Sweet 16” celebration and help even more pets find loving homes for the holidays. \nWhat’s Happening\nFrom December 8–14\, Hill’s will contribute up to $200\,000 to offset adoption fees at select shelters nationwide.
