My Name Is TYRA!
Meet Tyra, a sweet senior girl who is already spayed and looking for a loving home to spend her golden years. Tyra came to the shelter as an owner surrender, and her previous family noted that she is a friendly, active, easy-going, and gentle lady. She is fully potty trained, lived successfully with a big dog, and spent time around kids of all ages. Her family did mention that she can be a bit shy at first, and she is afraid of fireworks, so she will appreciate a calm and reassuring home during those noisy celebrations.
At the shelter, Tyra has proven to be a wonderful potty dog who is incredibly loving, affectionate, and cuddly. She has so much sweetness to give and is ready to be your most loyal companion. If you would like to get to know her better outside of the shelter environment, ask staff about our Foster and foster field trip program to give Tyra a much-deserved break from the kennel. Come meet Tyra today.
