My Name Is *LOBO!

Lobo is a sweet, neutered boy who is ready to go home today. He participates in playgroup at the shelter and enjoys being around other dogs, though slow and proper introductions are always encouraged to help set him up for success.

He’s a smart pup who loves treats and already knows “sit,” “down,” and “come.” Lobo enjoys chasing toys — retrieving them, however, isn’t quite in his skill set yet. He walks with enthusiasm because he’s excited to explore the world by your side, and he absolutely loves affection.

Lobo is still in need of continued training along with both mental and physical exercise, so he’ll thrive in a home that can offer time, patience, and consistency. In return, you’ll gain a loyal, loving companion eager to learn and grow with you.

If you think you’re the right match for Lobo, come meet him today. If you need more time to decide, ask about the Foster Field Trip, Foster, or Foster-to-Adopt programs. It’s a wonderful way to give him a break from the shelter and get to know each other in a home setting.

My Special Considerations

This pup is being spotlighted for one reason only, time. They have been overlooked in the shelter for far too long, and would love a break from the shelter environment where they can relax and just be a dog. The longer they stay in the shelter, the higher the risk of them deteriorating behaviorally and/or medically. If you'd like to foster or adopt this pup, please come in to meet them!
