Adoption Search
Hi, my name is *SHERLOCK
Sherlock is always looking for clues on where to find his ball (if, by chance, he's not already carrying it around like his security blanket)!
Initially shy and timid when his kennel door swings open, his tail rides higher with each bounce of the ball. This sweet boy draws confidence from his favorite sport and will be frolicking with you in no time. He even returns the ball and is quickly learning to drop it so you will throw it for him again.
Sherlock loves treats, is very intelligent and knows some basic commands. Plus, he's absolutely gorgeous!
Once you start running your hands through his amber coat and looking into his happy face, you're sure to be making room in the car for him! Sherlock is available for foster or adoption.
My Special Considerations
*Sherlock is not adapting well to being in a kennel at the shelter and is displaying signs of kennel distress and anxiety. *Sherlock is a very sweet dog. He is currently housed in isolation for a repository disease. Due to isolation he is growing more frustrated and beginning to cagefight with his neighbors. He is playgroup candidate and loves playing with his doggie friends. This animal would benefit from a calmer environment and training to be able to cope with changing environments and separation.
