Todd is a shy guy looking for a home full of love and kindness so he can regain his confidence. In spite of his insecurities, Todd is a Very Sweet Boy that fancies himself a 70 pound lap dog. He warms up quickly to new people and shows that just under the surface lies a playful, energetic boy that gets the zoomies when he's excited.
